IDA is pleased to support Resi Ventures on their latest project, Watsons Reach.

Located in Diggers Rest, Victoria, the 402 lot master-planned community reflects Resi Ventures’ focus on delivering connected, well‑considered neighbourhoods. The project incorporates a mix of land, house and land packages, and low maintenance townhouses, with preserved wetlands integrated into the landscape to support long‑term liveability.

The ~$30 million facility includes land and construction funding, supporting the staged delivery of the project and enabling Resi Ventures to progress development in line with market demand.
