We are delighted to announce that IDA recently closed a strategic investment with Macquarie Real Estate Partners (MREP), a real estate fund managed by Macquarie Asset Management’s Real Estate division.

MREP’s acquisition of a significant minority stake in IDA marks an important milestone, representing as it does, the culmination of years of hard work, perseverance and adherence to the values and principles which have established IDA as a trusted and respected specialist real estate private credit and investment manager.

IDA will continue to operate under the day-to-day management control and majority ownership of Adam Kaye, Robbie Fallon & Jeremy Urbach supported by our first class team of real estate finance and investment professionals, we expect to maintain the same proprietary approach to business as was the case from day one, co-investing meaningfully alongside our valued investment and development partners.
