Adam’s proven track record and extensive relationships across domestic real estate and capital markets has helped IDA become an established and trusted source of real-estate backed investment opportunities for sophisticated investors as well as a reliable source of intelligent and accretive capital solutions for middle-market developers.

In addition to Adam’s day-to-day role and responsibilities with IDA, he also maintains active involvement across a range of extracurricular social, philanthropic and commercial initiatives.

Adam is Chairman of technology incubator Papercloud Ventures and formerly director of edutech start-up Vivi International Ltd, member of the King David School Council and Finance & Risk Sub-Committee and Chairman of KDS’ Property & Building Sub- Committee.

Robbie joined IDA as a partner in 2011 and leads IDA’s real estate credit and high yield investment teams.

With over 25 years of cross-border experience in Australia, Singapore and India, Robbie has a diverse background in real estate capital markets, development and land economics.  Robbie’s broad capital markets and investment management skills have been applied across residential broad-acre and built form, office, industrial, retirement and tourism sectors.

Robbie joined IDA as a partner in 2011 and leads IDA’s real estate credit and high yield investment teams.

Outside of his professional commitments, Robbie actively contributes to the growth of grassroots AFLW as the Director of Girls Football at his local junior club.

Jeremy joined IDA as CFO in 2020, bringing extensive experience in fund and asset management, capital raising, and transaction structuring.

His career began at Macquarie Group’s real estate structured finance division, later moving to their real estate and infrastructure funds management arm. Prior to joining IDA, Jeremy founded Jameson Capital, a boutique real estate investment manager.

Jeremy joined IDA as CFO in 2020, bringing extensive experience in fund and asset management, capital raising, and transaction structuring.

His career began at Macquarie Group’s real estate structured finance division, later moving to their real estate and infrastructure funds management arm. Prior to joining IDA, Jeremy founded Jameson Capital, a boutique real estate investment manager.

Jeremy currently serves on the State Council and as Treasurer for MND Victoria, the peak body for motor neuron disease support and has recently been appointed as a director of MND Australia.  He is also a Fellow of the Tax Institute reflecting his professional standing in finance and taxation.

James has more than 19 years of experience in real estate private equity and investment banking across Asia-Pacific and has overseen many of Macquarie’s opportunistic real estate investments and its OpCo investment strategy.

James has more than 19 years of experience in real estate private equity and investment banking across Asia-Pacific and has overseen many of Macquarie’s opportunistic real estate investments and its OpCo investment strategy.

In his role, James oversees all investment across Asia-Pacific and has sat on numerous boards of operating portfolio companies. He is currently the Chairman of: Pan-Asia logistics group, UIB, and a board member of: build-to-rent platform, Local, residential and retirement developer, Winton, private credit platform, IDA, land lease communities business, Millbray and ANZ logistics platform, LogiSPACE.

James holds a Bachelor of Finance and Bachelor of Commerce (1st Class Honours & University Medal) and a Master of Finance (INSEAD).

Justin is a Managing Director for Macquarie Asset Management’s Real Estate group (MAM RE) and is responsible for originating and managing real estate investments in Australia on behalf of MAM RE’s flagship fund series, Macquarie Real Estate Partners (MREP).

Justin is a Managing Director for Macquarie Asset Management’s Real Estate group (MAM RE) and is responsible for originating and managing real estate investments in Australia on behalf of MAM RE’s flagship fund series, Macquarie Real Estate Partners (MREP).

Justin has over 15 years of real estate private equity investing experience having worked across a number of MAM RE’s successful investments, including LOGOS and Investa Office Management. Justin leads MREP’s investment in IDA and MREP’s Australian land lease communities group, Millbray.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce in Finance (Distinction) from the University of Wollongong.

Scott is Chairman of Charter Keck Cramer and has over 50 years’ property valuation and corporate real estate experience across the national markets. As an experienced independent practitioner Scott provides specialist strategic and mediation consulting services, including an emphasis on land acquisition for major infrastructure projects.

Scott is frequently engaged as a senior negotiator in complex commercial and statutory issues related to the property market and provides advice in relation to large portfolio valuations for major statutory and private corporations. He has consulted to corporate clients on asset acquisition and disposal, and accommodation solutions and he regularly appears as an expert witness in litigation proceedings.

A highly regarded and regular contributor to the national media and business magazines, Scott has published over 500 articles on topics related to the property market.

Scott is a member of Charter Keck Cramer’s Board of Directors.

As a former Cabinet Minister in the Australian Government, Professor Hunt served as Australia’s Minister for the Environment, Innovation and Health over almost nine years.

As Minister for Health from 2017 to 2022, he oversaw Australia’s response to the global COVID-19 pandemic, established telehealth as a permanent and universal centrepiece of Medicare, reformed private health and established long-term plans for mental health, aged care, medical research and primary care and listed over 2,000 new and amended medicines for public access. He oversaw an annual budget of $132 billion, 17 portfolio agencies and 7,000 staff.

Greg is also the inaugural Chair of the Advisory Council for the Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health at Monash University and Chair of the Novartis Foundation’s CARDIO4Cities Accelerator Advisory Steering Committee.

He advises businesses and not for profits in the areas of innovation, leadership, strategic planning, health and the environment.

In 2023 Arthur established his own consultancy business which focuses on strategic advisory services across the property sector. Arthur has previously held roles as Chief Executive Officer of 3L Alliance, a privately held diversified property business based in Melbourne and several senior executive roles at Multiplex, Probuild Constructions, including Executive Director, Director of New Business, and Group Executive – Operations. He has also held positions as Managing Director Probuild NSW and Southern Region Building Manager for Abigroup.

Arthur takes the greatest pride in the achievements of the teams he has worked with over many landmark projects.

David brings over 30 years’ experience in corporate real estate and has held senior roles with GPT Group, Pramerica Real Estate Investors and Macquarie Group, having worked across property finance and real estate investment banking.

David brings over 30 years’ experience in corporate real estate and has held senior roles with GPT Group, Pramerica Real Estate Investors and Macquarie Group, having worked across property finance and real estate investment banking.

In 2019, David established his own development and consultancy company providing services to both private developers and listed investment firms including Abacus Property Group and Brookfield.

He has developed a strong list of clients from a corporate advisory perspective and sits on several Investment Committees in the development finance space.

David was previously State Manager for Macquarie’s dedicated real estate development funds, MREEF in NSW, WA and ACT, holding Board positions in all domestic joint ventures.

Since joining R.Corporation in 2011, he has provided strategic direction on multiple large-scale development projects. As a member of R.Corporation’s senior leadership team, Nick is responsible for project and group funding, business strategy, risk management, financial structuring, and new acquisitions.

Nick is an established real estate and finance professional with over 20 years of experience in capital raising, asset management and property development. Since joining R.Corporation in 2011, he has provided strategic direction on multiple large-scale development projects. As a member of R.Corporation’s senior leadership team, Nick is responsible for project and group funding, business strategy, risk management, financial structuring, and new acquisitions.

Prior to his role at R.Corporation, Nick spent seven years at Macquarie Group, where he provided structured finance solutions to property developers, and managed principal equity investments and opportunistic real estate development funds.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance Honours) from the University of Melbourne.

Prior to joining IDA, Anthony was responsible for the Funds Management activities at CVS Lane Capital Partners for over ten years. Anthony also held senior portfolio, acquisition and funds management roles for listed and unlisted funds at MacarthurCook Limited and Centro Properties Group, after previously holding senior management positions at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments.

She also assists with the governance, compliance, and operational functions of the business.

She also assists with the governance, compliance, and operational functions of the business. As a member of the Compliance Committee, she plays a vital role in executing the governance and compliance strategy of the business.

Prior to joining IDA, Olivia worked for industry peers where she was the Director of Structuring and Execution (Investment) and, prior to that, General Counsel. Her other experience includes working as a solicitor for one of Australia’s top-tier law firms, Minter Ellison. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce.

Jeremy leads the Property Finance strategy at IDA, overseeing the growth of our national real estate lending business. He is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service, flexible and accretive funding solutions, and maintaining rigorous credit underwriting standards.

With more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry, Jeremy is a seasoned commercial banking professional. He has held senior leadership roles at Commonwealth Bank, Bankwest, and NAB, where he successfully led large teams, executed strategic initiatives, and drove sustainable growth across diverse markets and regions.

Prior to joining IDA, Jeremy was at Payton Capital, where he initially led the lending team before becoming Co-Head of the business. During his tenure, he played a key role in steering the business through a significant growth phase and its subsequent sale to HMC Capital.

He has proven track record in acquiring individual sites, income-producing assets, and development businesses across Queensland, Victoria, and Western Australia and holds tertiary qualifications in Property Economics and Business Management.

With more than 20 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, Shane is a seasoned leader with a strong background in development finance. He has held senior roles at Suncorp Bank, where he led high-performing teams across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria, delivering finance solutions to a diverse client base.

Shane holds a master’s degree in applied finance and has a strong background in financial modelling, valuation, and risk analysis.

Before joining IDA in mid-2023, Jonathan held senior development management and acquisition roles with national ASX-listed development companies. He has successfully managed, overseen and acquired a wide variety of development projects, including land subdivisions, built form residential, retail and commercial developments.

Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree in Property and Construction and a bachelor’s degree in Planning and Design.
