Earlier this week, we had the pleasure of co-hosting a lunch with HLB Mann Judd, to discuss the evolution of Australia’s debt capital markets and the role of real estate private credit to date and going forwards.

The conversation focused on ‘the what and the why’ of CRE Private Credit in Australia highlighting current challenges and opportunities in the sector. We also explored the importance of manager selection, highlighting how the radical change in market conditions from those which underwrote formation of the sector, demands an ever more critical assessment of your manager’s alignment, motives and capabilities.
