Over the past two weeks, we have been a proud participant in the Financial Standard‘s Advisor Big Day Out Capital Cities events.

Our Managing Director, Adam Kaye, presented IDA’s perspective on the emergence of the private credit sector in Australia, its underpinning market forces and our assessment of the sector’s fundamentals and its challenges – many of which are coming under heavy scrutiny and rightly enough given the rapid growth the sector has undergone in such a short space of time.

As a business which has always thought deeply about the cyclical, structural and macro forces impacting the only asset class we deal in all day, every day (i.e. wholesale real estate), it was an honour and a privilege to share our views with a friendly and engaged audience.
