IDA ESTABLISHES $150M SENIOR CREDIT WAREHOUSE WITH FINANCING FROM UBS AG AUSTRALIA BRANCH TO SCALE SENIOR CREDIT PLATFORM & ENHANCE PRODUCT FEATURES

New warehouse structure enhances capital cost, speed and efficiency whilst enabling optimised portfolio construction.

Melbourne – 9 April 2026 – Specialist real estate private credit and investment manager IDA has established a $150 million (AUD) senior credit warehouse to support continued demand for its real estate private credit solutions. UBS has provided the senior financing to the warehouse.

The UBS financing represents the second institutional relationship established by IDA in recent times alongside its strategic platform investment from MREP, a Macquarie Asset Management managed fund.
Jeremy Urbach, Partner & Chief Financial Officer, IDA, says the new warehouse further supports IDA’s strategy, team and platform at a time in the private credit cycle where lender strength is as relevant and important a consideration to the integrity of the bargain as is the borrowers’.

The increase in depth, breadth and flexibility of IDA’s financing capabilities with the addition of the new warehouse is matched by substantial investment in its private credit origination and management teams over the past 18 months, with the recent appointments of National Head of IDA Property Finance, Jeremy Townend, Head of Funds Management, Anthony Greig and Queensland State Director of Property Finance, Shane Boyce.
